Who are we?
We are a young and innovative property sourcing, lettings and management company based in West London. We use the latest in software and automation techniques to make our customers experience convenient and easy. We do not have a physical office so our business is operated on line
Training & Mentorship
Our founder, Rizwan Ahmed (Riz) loves wealth building strategies and has helped a number of people (tenants, first time buyers & landlords, retired professionals). TYPES OF CLIENTS
Investors
We work in partnership with investors who are interested in getting a good return (typically 8% to 10% per annum). This is usually in the form of a loan agreement with a minimum term of 12 months, but usually goes on for much longer due to the great passive income generated by the investor without having to do any work. We have built great relationships, and this arm of our business has been growing due to word of mouth and most importantly, trust in our ability to deliver what we promise.

Tenants
We aim to offer you the best, affordable, and most well-suited home you could hope for. Whether you are low-income or a professional, we want to help you. We focus on properties in Northwest London (Neasden, Willesden, Harlesden, Stonebridge, Wembley, Ruislip, Northolt) and own and manage most of the properties registered with us, which allows us to address issues quickly. Landlords
Our Founder, Rizwan Ahmed (Riz), works with landlords to provide advice on property investment. We do take on selective properties from landlords who prove to be professional and share the same values as RSA Property Investments Ltd.
If you are too busy, lack the time, or do not want the hassle of managing your property, we would like to hear from you. Every landlord is different, therefore, we offer a bespoke service, rather than a one size fits all solution. We have experience in managing HMO’s, Council tenants (Housing Benefit) and single let properties.
