Rizwan
Founder | Managing Director
Riz has been sourcing, developing and refurbishing properties across the UK since 2007 and has built a sizable portfolio. He is the founder of RSA Property Investments Ltd. He is passionate about helping and working with people and realizes that property is not just about bricks and mortar and providing a roof over a tenants head. It's about building trust and friendly relationships with tenants landlords and investors.
He provides advice to experienced and first time landlords on strategies to help build their portfolios and manage their tenants and assets efficiently. He has a wealth of knowledge on wealth building strategies which use real estate as the core asset.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset, Riz is involved in a number of start-ups including Amazon E commerce business, Outsourcing to Virtual Assistance and helping people work more efficiently by automation and systematization, property tax , utilizing pension (SSAS) and other wealth building strategies.

Riz loves to network with people with a similar mindset. His dream is to one day own a franchise of Pizza Express as he spends most of his time and money there. He travels frequently to Dubai and Toronto and owns a few properties in these cities.
He has a background working as a Technical Project Manager in the financial sector. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School.
He is currently in his early 40’s now and currently going through midlife crises.
Carla
Property Manager
Carla joined RSA Property in May 2018 and is responsible for overall management and the day to day operations, Carla responsibilities includes the following :
Tenancy agreement setup
Deposit registration and refunds
Tenancy credit checks and on-boarding
Annual gas safety checks
Maintenance and repairs
Property acquisitions.
Carla enjoys travelling, reading, cooking and hunting bargains ! To relax she watches lots of Netflix series and is a big fan of baddie from Avengers (Loki)
Krista
Property Manager | Bookkeeper
Krista works part time with RSA. She is a Xero Advisor Certified Bookkeeper. She assists with the accounting and finances and keeps track of the rent and spending of the business. She also manages the advertising and property listing on the website and arranges property viewings for new potential tenants. Krista also helps Carla with managing maintenance and repair queries.
Krista is a mother of three beautiful girls who keep her occupied most of the day. She is familiar with all the Disney characters and therefore one of her dream travel destination is to go to Disney Land with her family.
